Mast Brother Chocolate was founded in Williamsburg, New York in 2007 by Rick and Michael Mast.The chocolate is made only from cane sugar and cacao pods from the Dominican Republic. The unique thing about this is, that they leave out ingredients like palm oil, lecithin and milk solids.The two brothers have also published a book called “Mast Brother Chocolate: A Family Cookbook”, where chocolate lovers can learn how to make anything, from chocolate milk to coq au vin.
